Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and skilled handymen to support our Airbnb properties in the Willowbrook area. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, with availability for both scheduled tasks and occasional emergency calls.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

• Fix minor damages, such as broken furniture, fixtures, or appliances.

• Ensure properties are safe and functional through regular inspections.

• Assemble furniture and install small appliances as needed.

• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance calls.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.

• Skilled in general repairs, plumbing, basic electrical work, and minor appliance repairs.

• Reliable transportation to travel between properties in the Willowbrook area.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings for emergencies.

Schedule:

Part-time with flexible hours, including on-call availability for emergencies.
